    On mobile devices the submenu of the secondary menu is only visible by first clicking the parent menu item. However, clicking the parent menu item also takes you to the page it is linked to. Is it possible to only display the dropdown on first click and then follow the link on the second click of the parent? Similar to how the main menu functions if you check the Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items option in the header settings.
