Hello Kriesi support.
If you check the website I added below. You will see two scroll bars.
– One scroll bar does his normal job
– Second scroll bar: scrolls down to the socket, which i have disabled.(I never want to see the socket)
Please help.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean, I can only see one scroll bar on your page and there is no socket on the page either. I’m guessing you managed to get it working? If not then please try to explain a bit further.

In private content i’ve got the images.
You see there is a socket under the footer.SOMETIMES the socket + scrollbar disapears, but 99/100 times it comes back.
Problem occurs in Chrome / firefox / IE / safari

You can select to not show the socket under Enfold->Footer if you like.

Thanks for the login details. I can see that your settings are corresponding to what I’m seeing on the front end, no socket is showing. If that is not what you are seeing then please try to clear your browser cache and reload the page.
Best regards,
RikardAugust 24, 2017 at 4:40 pm #843577Thanks for answering, we still see the socket at our end but probably cache indeed.
