    Hello Kriesi support.

If you check the website I added below. You will see two scroll bars.
    – One scroll bar does his normal job
    – Second scroll bar: scrolls down to the socket, which i have disabled.

(I never want to see the socket)

    Please help.

    Hey marccoef,

I’m not sure I understand what you mean, I can only see one scroll bar on your page and there is no socket on the page either. I’m guessing you managed to get it working? If not then please try to explain a bit further.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello Rikard,

In private content i’ve got the images.
You see there is a socket under the footer.

SOMETIMES the socket + scrollbar disapears, but 99/100 times it comes back.

Problem occurs in Chrome / firefox / IE / safari

    Hi,

Thanks for the screenshots, I can see the problem but I can’t reproduce it when I check in Chrome. How can we reproduce the error?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Well.. the error is always there at my side, at several computers.
I really dont know how you canreproduce a thing I always see.

Isn’t there some code to delete the socket forever?

    Hi,

You can select to not show the socket under Enfold->Footer if you like.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Ofcourse I allready tried that, changing the options of the footer/socket does not do anything at all.

    Hi,

Thanks for the login details. I can see that your settings are corresponding to what I’m seeing on the front end, no socket is showing. If that is not what you are seeing then please try to clear your browser cache and reload the page.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Thanks for answering, we still see the socket at our end but probably cache indeed.

    Hi,

You can try to use other browser or other pc/monitor that haven’t accessed the site before, or try clearing browser cache. Just let us know if you need more assistance.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
