I would like next to the first logo 1, put logo 2.
that the logo 2 disappears in the sticky header.
that the logo 2 does not appear on mobile devices.
Where should I put them?

They are both in the same png file and so it cannot be hidden separately. They have to be separate elements, so that one can be hidden.

Well, you can add a second logo in the custom widget area in the header, but this solution will require adjusting the image positioning and it might be difficult to achieve the same look.
