Is it possible to keep a column layout element a fixed height and make the content scrollable within the page. For example, I want to embed a video in a 3/5 column and use a FORM element in an adjacent 2/5 column to act as a questionnaire for the video. I want the FORM element in the 2/5 column element to be scrollable so that they can view the video while scrolling through a list of questions in the adjacent FORM element.

I think it could be done, but it would require a huge amount of time and customization of the theme. For this job you need to hire a freelancer.
