    Hi,

    I have a scrolling problem on this website: https://carbogaz.digitalatplay.com/statii/
    On whatever page I am, the scroll only works after I try scrolling the page 2-3 times. Is like it remains blocked on the current screen view for a few seconds and then it unblocks.
    I do not use a mouse; I use the computer’s touchpad.

    Hey tcampaner,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hi,

    Could you please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable JS file merging and compression, save theme options, clear cache and check if that helps? If it does not, please try de-activating all active plugins and then activate them one by one to find the culprit. If that too does not help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)
