Script loading in tabs and accordions

I haven’t seen this elsewhere, but I have interesting issues with script/content loading in tabs and accordions. Basically, the scripts seemed to be styled or loaded correctly only on the pre-open tab or accordion panel (e.g., gigabox gallery or a audio player with responsive sizing). However, they needed to be triggered upon page load, otherwise, the galleries in each tab/panel can’t keep track of each other, or the audio player doesn’t size properly beyond the pre-open tab (although they resize fine when you trigger them).

The gallery issue is particularly problematic as the lightbox paging can only ever refer to the first gallery thus giving rise to faulty paging. If the galleries are included in the same tab together then they work, otherwise not so across tabs.

Is there a way to trigger the elements normally and together as if they weren’t tabbed/paneled content?
