There was a other topic with the same name. But it is not clear how the problem was fixed.

I try to set up a new wordpress site, and set the permissions on my ftp server but I still can not make chanings in my wordpress.

Could you help me how to fix this problem?
The Server is in Slovakia and it is quite hard to reach there somebody, so I hope to find a solution without the provider.
