I know this was posted a while back but the solution posted at https://kriesi.at/support/topic/saving-didnt-work-please-reload-the-page-and-try-again-9/ does not seem to be of any help for me. Please help !!

the issue is on enfold theme settings/options, can’t save any changes that i make for the theme.

Please make sure that wp-content/uploads folder has correct permissions ( 755 ) – http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions

Hi,

There could be several reasons why this is happening and we are here to help you troubleshoot and resolve this issue :)

One of the reason could be low memory defining a higher memory limit in WordPress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.

To increase the WordPress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
```
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
```
For a detailed explanation please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.
