    Hi,

I used to have a Rotator Quote that was placed over a Fullscreen Slider/Image Slide on my front page, but after the update, it has become one single line of text. The below was placed in the in the Caption Text, but no longer works. Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

    <div class="template-page content av-content-full alpha units front-page-rotate-titles"><div class="post-entry post-entry-type-page post-entry-2774"><div class="entry-content-wrapper clearfix">
    <div style="text-align:center; " class="av-rotator-container av-rotation-container-center avia-builder-el-1 el_after_av_fullscreen avia-builder-el-no-sibling av-fixed-rotator-width" data-interval="4" data-animation="1" data-fixwidth="1"><h3 class="av-rotator-container-inner"><span class="av-rotator-text av-rotator-multiline-off av-rotation-active"><span class="av-rotator-text-single av-rotator-text-single-1” style="transition: none 0s ease 0s ; opacity: 1; transform: translate(0px, 0px); display: inline-block;">Beauty from Around the World</span><span class="av-rotator-text-single av-rotator-text-single-2” style="transition: none 0s ease 0s ; opacity: 1; transform: translate(0px, 0px); display: inline-block;">High Quality Photographs</span><span class="av-rotator-text-single av-rotator-text-single-3” style="display: none; opacity: 0; transform: translate(0px, 30px); transition: none 0s ease 0s ;">Museum Quality Prints</span>
    </span></h3></div>
    </div></div></div>

    Hey Tflores87,
You have this error on the page:

jQuery.parseJSON requires a valid JSON string

Could be a result of something else, such as a plugin, or other script.
Your code is correct, I tested in a code block element & in the caption of the fullwidth easy slider & works for me.
Try disabling your plugins, scripts, functions to find the error, if you don’t have any luck, please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,
Thank you for the support! I tried disabling the plugins, and eventually all of the plugins, but the Rotator never worked properly. I actually figured out the conflict, however. Under the new Performance section, Disable Template Builder Elements, in the Enfold Child Theme settings, I had enabled the “Load Only Used Elements (Recommended)” in place of “Always Load All Elements”. Is there a way to still utilize this optimization option without causing this conflict?

    Hi,

    Thank you for reporting that.
We will do check on it a little bit more, so we can see what is wrong exactly and will update accordingly.

    Best regards,

Sure, I was hoping it would work! So as for now, I/we will use the “Always Load All Elements” option in the Performance section. If there is a fix, would it likely be rolled out with the next update?

    Hi,

Sorry for the problems, if we come up with a solution then we will aim for it to be included in the next version of the theme. Though that is something we can’t promise at the moment unfortunately.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
