    Hi,
    I have a problem with the responsive of a website a former employee created for a client. It was created 2 years ago I recall, I do not know which version of Enfold was used at the time, but the resposnive was working well. However, now, the most recent version in installed (4.8.6.2 and with WP 5.8.1) on the website, the responsive of some sections does not work at all.
    I have put some links in the private section in regards to examples where the responsive is not working.

    The client has installed woocommerce by herself and changed a bunch of things on the website but only throught the available modules in the theme (she didn’t do any CSS or PHP).

    Any tought?

    Hey lauriemiousse,

    I tried checking your site, but it looks to be down at the moment. Could you let us know when it’s back up again please? If you have screenshots of the problems you are having, then please share them with us as well.

    Hi Rikard,

    Hmm the website is working fine, do you mind to let me know from which country you work? The previouly employee used to block lots of countries.

    Thanks for the update, I still can’t load your site on my end unfortunately. If you could unblock the countries in private, then we should be able to access your site.

    Hi,
    I allowed these countries, let me know if it works.
    If not, could you please let me know your ip address so we can whitelist all the ips from your internet provider.

    Thanks for the update. I still can’t connect to your site regularly, but it does work when I use a VPN. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Thanks for that. I’m not sure why the responsive styling is not applying on your site unfortunately, but please try this in Quick CSS to see if that resolves the problems:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
div .av_one_fourth, div .av_one_third {
    margin-left: 0;
    width: 100%;
}
.flex_cell {
    display: block;
}
}

    Also please update to the latest version of the theme (4.8.6.5): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
