I am currently using Enfold 2019 September 30th – Version 4.6.3 and facing the problem below:
I am trying to edit numerous Content Elements such as Icon Box and Button, but every time I access the edit screen for these Elements, it shows as a blank page with nothing on it. I tried many suggested solutions such as making sure that I use the most recent version and using different browsers but nothing worked. Did anyone face a similar issue and have any suggestion?Hi Rikard – I currently have my Enfold Theme uploaded on WordPress, website: salhisolutions.com. Is that what you are asking?

If the problem is occurring on the backend of your site, then I think we need backend access in order to reproduce the problem? You can post login details in private in this thread.

Sorry for the delay. We created a dummy page and added a few elements, but we weren’t able reproduce the issue (see private field). Is the issue happening on a specific page only? Please provide a direct link to the page so that we can check it.

So we can use the link you sent me to see and hopefully fix the problem. I am also happy to jump on a phone call via whatsapp or facebook in order to resolve this issue please.
With that said, I am able to edit some of the content elements but not everything. Content elements that I cant edit are things like “Icon Box” and “Button”.
Hello – This issue has been going on for over a week. Can someone please help me? I provided everything needed and I am also happy to jump on a call via Whatsapp or Facebook. I understand that these is time difference, but I can work with it.

Hi,
We would like apologize for the late response. Which browser are you currently using? We are able to edit the Icon Box element in the page, added two copies of the element and include a button, which works fine as well. We are using Firefox on Windows 10. Please try to test it using another browser or a different computer.
