Good morning and thanks for clarification. One license is only valid for one domain, so you could only sell it once I guess. Most of our clients work the way you do as well, they simply buy a new license once they have a new site to create.

Then I don’t know what you are asking, the price on Themeforest is the only price we can offer the theme for. If you can or cannot make a business out of reselling the theme at the given price is up to you.
