Require a single button with Drop down menu

Hi There,

I love Enfold

I need to create a custom button that includes a drop down menu for the content portion of my page.
So the four menu items that drop down would be targeted links (anchors) for further down the page.

So the site goes:
menu / header
Slider
New custom button as described above
then
Section 1
Section 2
Section 3
Section 4
Footer

Its actually quite a simple site, but Im having a hard time with that button in your theme.

Is there any way you can help… perhaps Im missing something obvious
