Request: Table of Contents Plugins or Other Ideas

Hi,

I’m looking to the community here to get some ideas on what plugins or ways to build a TOC for a page. I’ve tried Easy Table of Contents and TOC+ plugin and they don’t seem to work with Enfold.

Enfold, for whatever reason, does not recognize their shortcodes.

If you have successfully implemented a TOC in Enfold, I would love to see what plugin you used and where you used it (please provide URL).
