Hi,
I’m probably being thick, but how do I remove the navigation bar (NOT the menu).

Thanks for the screenshot. You can do that under Enfold->Header, if you want to apply it globally to the whole site. If you want to remove it on an individual page, then please edit the page and select to hide it in the Layout menu on the right hand side of the screen.
