When I disable all plugins it remains. The only way to remove it is to disable the Enfold theme. How do I stop this script from loading?

    Hey frsecurewp,

The script is coming from class-framework-widgets.php (located in enfold > framework > php).
The specific part of the code is on line 448:

    $src = '//connect.facebook.net/'. $langcode .'/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.7';

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi frsecurewp,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi frsecurewp,

Can you remove the Verification Code when trying to login? so any moderators can access it.
I believe you are testing using google’s pagespeed insights, and I have tested the suggestion I gave and I don’t get those 2 js files, it may have do to with the autoptimize plugin or any caching plugin you have, can you try to temporarily disable autoptimize then flush out cache if you have any caching plugin?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi frsecurewp,

Thanks, I tried to check on it but I could not really find where it’s coming from.
One of the js files in your screenshot is this one: fbevents.js however Enfold theme doesn’t contain it.
Can you try to create a staging site? so we can try to disable plugins and switch themes and be able to isolate the issue without risking your live site.
Here’s how you can create a staging site: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
Then please give us access to the staging site and also FTP access to it and remove our access to your live site.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi frsecurewp,

    Thanks for the FTP access.
Can you please post the staging site wp password as well in private content? so all of us administrators can check and respond.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,
Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the login. The fbevents.js is loaded by your HubSpot Embed Code in your child theme footer.php
Which I guess you are going to want to keep, but now you know where it is coming from.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
Glad that we could help, I followed the loading of the files in the “Network” tab in the dev tools of Chrome.
Unless there is anything else we can assist with on this issue, shall we close this then?

    Best regards,
    Mike
