Have you requested for a refund from Envato? If you have not, please do so. They should initiate refund request and then we need to process it.

We have added multiple refunds and here a confirmation for one I just did:

We received an e-mail from Envato that a Kriesi has approved our refund request on 6th November but even though it says that the refund will happen in 3-5 days it didn’t happen until today.
Could you please check the status and communicate it.
If the refund was made please let us know in what account because we check it and is not there.
