Hi Nieck Jan Boschman,
WordPress 5.5 have removed jQuery Migrate file from its core which is used by Enfold Theme before 18.104.22.168 which causes the issue, to temporarily fix this, please install Enable jQuery Migrate Helper then afterwards backup your site and upgrade Enfold to the latest version (22.214.171.124), then you should be able to safely remove the plugin afterwards unless there are plugins that requires it as well.

I have brought the theme twice. I am doing a fresh install. None of the plugins are installing as before, nor are the templates. I would like a solution please. Side note the previous site I was working on was using the same theme and it was wiped out do to an error. Hence the current fresh install, so I can rebuild my site. That is how I know that the second theme isn’t installing like the previous one.October 5, 2020 at 5:44 am #1250529

I’m having issues too. Is anyone else having issues with EasySlider? My slider won’t load, Flaticon animation (scale and fade in) aren’t working either.
Another issue I’m having is playing videos with or without lightbox. The thumbnail displays but no popup or playing of video.October 8, 2020 at 12:21 pm #1251396
@bjorn-elementmedia: Please try to update the theme to the latest version 126.96.36.199 and toggle the Performance > File Compression settings afterwards. You might also have to purge the cache and temporarily disable minification if it is enabled. If the issue persists, please create a new thread and post the details in the private field.

Thanks @ismael I’ll take a look in the morning and see if I can get your suggestions to work for me.
Cheers :)October 9, 2020 at 12:53 am #1251589
Perfect! Enabling “Always load media features” fixed it for me.
Thanks @ismaelOctober 9, 2020 at 1:33 pm #1251698
Thank you for the info. Please feel free to open a new thread if you encounter any issues with the theme. Have a nice day.

I would know, which plugin do you recommend for the following issue:
A image (png or jpg) with a maps drawing. The user should click on the image, a modal or popup dialogue appears and the user is informed about the linking to google maps (you are now leaving our website and you will be directed to google maps, blabla).
No he can click on YES oder NO. On “Yes” the user will be directed to the external link (google maps) in new tab or window. On “NO”, the modal or popup will close and the user will stay on the same page.
Thank you in advance for your time and input.

Hi Vera, you might look at this plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/html5-zoomer-plugin-fwd/2613894?s_rank=54
The company makes pretty good products.November 22, 2020 at 3:36 am #1262055November 23, 2020 at 11:47 am #1262316
thank you for the input. But I think it is not the right plugin for me as I don’t need a zoom-plugin.

Hi Vera, it was not the zoom feature that looks relevant.. It was the flexibility in putting pins and notes on a graphic. That looked pretty robust compared to other products I’ve seen.November 24, 2020 at 12:12 pm #1262631
thank you very much for your reply. Thats a nice feature indeed.
On the other hand I need a solution to link to google routeplanner, as my customer want’s this feature. To be GDPR compliant I need the userdialogue-feature and I think, it’s possible with a modal or popup-plugin.

I asked for a recommended wordpress-plugin. If anybody has an idea, I would be very happy :-)

my solution was to install the WP Post PopUp-Plugin. Then created a blank page with Text Info about the redirect and two Buttons: On YES the user will be redirected to the external link, on NO the modal will close. I am testing at the moment on some devices, but it seems to work.

Can anyone please recommend an Instagram feed plug-in that looks visually nice when implemented on the site?
