April 29, 2016 at 10:14 am #624195Hi alex,
No, the composer and Enfolds advanced layout editor are not compatible, sorry.
Best regards,
KriesiApril 30, 2016 at 10:32 pm #625144Thanks for the quick response…
Last question:
On your site you have a FB and Twitter Sharing Icon that flips – Is this a feature found in Enfold? If so could you point me in the direction on how to add it… Thanks in advance
May 1, 2016 at 6:59 pm #625361Hi Alex,
I am afraid this is something I custom coded for our own website. It is not part of enfold.

KriesiMay 1, 2016 at 9:51 pm #625395I don’t like visual composer at all … I prefere enfold enfold layout editor 1000 times… Don’t change, just improve it
Thanks Kriesi
May 3, 2016 at 3:00 pm #626504May 7, 2016 at 3:45 pm #628622Hi
I am using enfold and need to find a way (plugin) to bring in Google calendar data into a calendar on the site in a nice way. I’d rather not have it be very obvious that it’s coming from Google (no Google branding) and as my client has 20 calendars that need to sync to 20 pages/posts I was hoping to find a simple way to do this. No other functionality would be required. Thanks for your advice. Love Enfold!

May 7, 2016 at 4:23 pm #628626Hey Tia!
Easy. Events Calendar Pro with iCal importer. It might be a little more capable than what you need, but it integrates really nicely, looks good even with default settings and can be customized through css to look amazing, if desired. There are avia modules that will let you add upcoming events and a timer, also if desired. We use it all the time and it gets a great reception. I highly recommend it.

Does anyone know a good plugin that shows my PINTEREST boards and/or pins on an ENFOLD themed website?
Thanks!

YigitJune 9, 2016 at 2:10 am #645179Hi,
I have a client who wants to set up an ecommerce site that will function as a yoga training site. Other than requiring responsive, it needs the following functionality:
- be able to make a choice on a class to take
- calendar that shows when the class starts/ends
- a way to capture their email address
- a cart listing their purchase(s)
- a receipt detailing their purchase and itinerary
Is Enfold a good choice for this and what plugins do you recommend that would be compatible to use with this theme?
I need to get back to her soon, so any insight into this is appreciated! If it works out, I will be buying another license!Thank you,
JohnJune 10, 2016 at 6:41 am #646051Hi,
Yes, I think Enfold + Woocommerce plugin will be a good fit for the site. You can also consider the Events Calendar by Modern Tribe. Or the Woocommerce Bookings: https://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/

Can you recommend a wordpress plugin for enfold that suits for a glossary or a wiki?
I’m a newbie so it should be ready to use and to fill with items.
Thanks a lot! MarcelJune 14, 2016 at 4:35 am #647753Hi,

Thanks a lot! MarcelI don’t think you will be needing a plugin for this. Create posts or portfolio items then display them using a posts elements (blog posts, magazine etc) which is available in the advance layout builder. If you really want to install a plugin, you can try the following but they are not fully configured in the theme:

June 20, 2016 at 3:36 pm #650876Dear Moderator Dude;
I cant finalized my web because of multilingual plugin problems. I have used Q-translator in Enfold and I found a lot of problems.
Now you recommended WPML, but I have some doubts before using–It is 100% WPML compatible with Enfold?
Is it true WPML is really heavy to be runned in Enfold?
Some people wrote that they found problems between Enfold and WPML, could you please recommended me other plugin less heavy to use as multilingual with Enfold?, what about Polylang? which is the best…?
I would really appreciate your reply, please help me.
Thanks in advance
Charo
June 20, 2016 at 11:05 pm #651131Good afternoon everyone!
I am curious if anyone has had luck finding a plugin or such that allows a site to have shared categories, across multiple post types? Here is a simplistic scenario:
A community has lots going on. They have posts that explain news items, events (handled by Events Calendar Pro), a directory for places (handled by GeoDirectory), programs like Summer Rec (handled by Portfolios), and potentially new post types down the road. The frustration is that in order to keep things organized, you almost have to synchronize all categories and taxonomies for each singular post type. I wish there was a current plugin that would allow you to create categories and taxonomies that are shared through multiple post types.
Hopefully that all makes some sense. I am really curious to see what others are using to accomplish similar tasks.
Thanks!

This is possible but I don’t know of any plugin that can do this automatically. For example, if you have an “Events” custom post type from the Events Calendar plugin and wanted to apply the built-in taxonomy “category”, you have to manually register it by using the register_taxonomy function.
Example: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-categories-to-a-custom-post-type-in-wordpress/

IsmaelJune 28, 2016 at 8:37 am #654071Hello guys,
I didn’t find the place to create a thread, so I decided to ask here. Just bought Enfold theme (Great job, thank you for that)
and I am trying to install the WPML plugin. Please see the provided screen shot here
It works on basic WP themes, however it doesn’t on Enfold. I get the blank page.
Does anybody know what can cause a such issue?
Thank you very much in advance.p/s: I turned off the plugin for now.
June 28, 2016 at 9:07 am #654081Hi Yanali,
Without checking your back-end etc’ it’s hard to say.
But I have to say that Enfold + WPML works perfectly out of the box.Dan

RegardsJuly 10, 2016 at 6:58 pm #658972Hallo zusammen,

AndyAugust 2, 2016 at 1:50 am #667505Great list, thanks! I’m trying to add a table and some javascript to one of my client’s pages. I installed the Custom CSS & JS plugin that is supposed to be ‘simple’, but it’s not working with the theme. I also cannot get rid of the border on my table despite numerous attempts at trying to customize the code. Even WP Engine’s techs couldn’t get it removed with their attempts. Can you suggest a plugin that will work with Enfold to allow me to override the theme so that I can put in custom coding? I didn’t see one in your list for this unless I missed. Thanks!
August 6, 2016 at 6:37 pm #669339Greetings!
I would like to display my organization’s latest Facebook feed on our website, which I am building using the Enfold theme. I hope this is possible! Can you please suggest plugin or widget that would work (and guidance on whether this will need to be used within sidebar or similar area).
Many thanks.
