    Hi,

    I have successfully contected reCaptcha keys in the theme settings but for some reason reCaptha field is not visible in the contact form. When I open the page with the form it throws an error in the browser console which says taht site key is not correct or that api.js is not loaded.
    Am I mssisng something?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I checked the page in private, but the backend doesn’t seem to correspond with what I’m seeing on the front end. The contact form is showing, but it’s not added on the backend?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    We may have to set the builder to debug mode so that we could inspect the shortcodes in the builder. The Appearance > Editor is not accessible, so we are not able to set it. The following documentation provides for more info about the debug mode.

    You have to copy the snippet from the documentation in the functions.php file.

    Hi,

    We inspect the shortcode in the debug field but the contact form shortcode is not there, only the 1/3 column, which is quite odd. The contact form persists in the front end even after updating the page.

    Have you tried recreating this particular page from scratch? Please delete the page completely, move it to the trash, then rebuild it from the start.
