November 15, 2019 at 1:07 pm #1157179Hi
I’ve seen all the topics about that, tried all solutions, but there ist still this div-tag at the end of my form …
<div class=”avia-disabled-forn“>This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.</div>
Maybe the “forn” instead of “form” makes the difference …I register API-keys for reCAPTCHA V2 and V3, both are correctly recognized and verified in the Enfold theme.
I select “reCAPTCHA Version 3 (needs V2 as fallback verification” and the form is still not protected by reCAPTCHA.
 What can I do?
 ThanksNovember 15, 2019 at 6:33 pm #1157255hallo,
I have the same problem. Contact form works with enfold captcha number only (mail arrive from the contact form).
I register API-keys for reCAPTCHA V2, it is correctly recognized and verified in the Enfold theme. I complete the form and I send it but mail doesn’t arrive.
 thank you for your answer,
silviaNovember 19, 2019 at 5:29 am #1158017Hi, Thank you for the inquiry.
@webmanu: We can’t seem to reproduce the issue on the site — the reCAPTCHA verification or spam protection in the contact form works fine.
@StudioArteimmagine: Where did you add the contact form? We don’t see any contact forms in the site, even in the contact page. Please create a test page and add a contact form element to it, or give us a direct link to the existing page with the element.Best regards,
IsmaelNovember 19, 2019 at 12:31 pm #1158124sorry, I forgot it. November 21, 2019 at 11:27 am #1158786Hi, Thank you for the info. We disabled the theme’s Performance > File Compression settings temporarily. The contact worked properly when we tested it, but we are not really sure if the email was actually sent. Please check the screenshot below. It’s possible that the email provider or server rejects the messages because the email address is from a different domain called “arteimmagine”, which it doesn’t recognize. You should use a “dssecurity” email address, or any email address from popular email providers like gmail and yahoo. You may need to configure SMTP if you chose to use the latter. // https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#troubleshoot Best regards,
