Questions about use of forum / blank screen

New to the forum – 2 questions.

1) Is it safe to put our login information to our website in the Private Content box since this page isn’t an https:// url? Doesn’t that mean that the information can be accessed by those who know how?

2) When I posted my first New Topic and pressed submit, the screen just went white. I didn’t know if the message was received (I later found it through my account) and had to retype the url to get back to the forum. Is that normal or a malfunction?

I’m not a techy and just uploaded Enfold to WP – hoping that’s easier than using the help forum :-)

1- I replied you here – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/zip-file-wont-load-error-message/#post-424752
2- Some other users reported such issue but unfortunately we could not reproduce it yet. Once we figure it out, we will fix it. For a temporary solution, you can refresh your page if it goes blank.

Resolved at my end, but still happening every time – I have to press Resend and then my post shows up again on your site with “Slow Down ….” you’ve already sent this – and then I click into my account to see messages. 4 clicks per reply. Good luck fixing that. Resolved.
