I have a huge mobile issue on my sight and I am trying to enter the forum.
Unfortunately, another “person” set this up for me and is not around anymore. Could you please send me my purchase details so I may enter forum and try to fix my mobile issue. Sizes and everything on mobile is very weird and unfriendly.

Sorry for the problem. We don’t have your personal or purchase details on record unfortunately, but Envato/Themeforest should. They might need more than just your name though, and I’m not sure if they can help you out if someone else purchased the theme for you.
I see that your site is running a very old version of the theme, so it would have to be updated to the latest version (4.8.3). The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

If you can’t get your details from Envato, then you might have to purchase a new license.
