Hi,
I have the problem that the products in product grid are not displayed correctly. Sometimes there are only displayed 2 products in one row instead of 3-4.
For better understanding, see attached pictures.
best regards,
martin
December 17, 2018 at 11:21 pm #1046606Hey mbauercag,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

December 20, 2018 at 12:09 am #1047484Hi mbauercag,
It seems like there’s some delay before the js script starts executing, I think some webpage optimization is needed.
The workaround it is to enable page preloader in Enfold > Theme Options, on your end it’s Precharge page
I have enabled it on your site (you’ll see that spinning graphic for a few seconds) and when your page renders, it doesn’t show that 2-3 rows that turns to 4.Best regards,

thanks, we have tested it now for some days, but the problem still sometimes occurs.
I have activated the temporary login again.
Thank you for you help!
