Hello,
As I said in another post, I have a problem with Woocommerce related widgets.
I can add a widget in the administration of a page, but it does not appear on the site, including in the source code.I replace the username and a new password in the private field.
Thanks,
OlivierJanuary 12, 2021 at 7:26 am #1271772Hey ancrerouge,
Thank you for the inquiry.
What is the actual name of the widget in your language? And where did you add it? Please post the actual name of the widget and provide a link to the page where the widget is supposed to display.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 13, 2021 at 10:08 pm #1272268Hi,
The elements related to Woocommerce that do not work are:
– Slider de produits
– Grille de produits
– Liste de produitsIn this example I have placed a product grid:
I tried creating new pages without text or other widgets and only placing woocommerce elements but they are not showing.

OlivierJanuary 18, 2021 at 3:41 am #1273189Hi,
Sorry for the delay. We are still not sure why the product elements from the Advance Layout Builder (ALB) are not working. Can we deactivate the plugins temporarily while checking the issue?
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 18, 2021 at 8:34 am #1273257Ok, thanks for watching.
I have tested on 2 other customer sites and have the exact same problem.

January 18, 2021 at 8:44 am #1273259I set the debug mode to true.
January 18, 2021 at 7:51 pm #1273435I specify that on the 2 other sites, I have an older version of wordpress and of the theme.
January 19, 2021 at 7:12 am #1273576Hi,
Thank you for the info.
Is it working correctly when you update WordPress and the theme to the latest version? Did you add any custom scripts or elements in the theme that we may not know of? Please post the FTP details in the private field so that we could edit the files and debug the issue properly.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 19, 2021 at 10:27 am #1273617No, it’s the same problem on all sites.
I haven’t added any functions in the functions.php file on this site.In fact, I haven’t touched these client sites for 3 years, other than to update WordPress, theme and plugins.

January 21, 2021 at 3:39 am #1274256Hi,
Thank you for the info.
The product items show in the grid when we do not select a particular category (see private field). Can we deactivate the plugins temporarily while testing the site? Is there a staging or development version of the site?
@at-elier: We have not found the issue yet, but we will check it further and let you know.Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 21, 2021 at 8:46 am #1274302That’s strange !
Yes you can deactivate the plugins temporarily. The categories are arranged by parents and children on several levels. Could it be the problem ?

OlivierJanuary 25, 2021 at 4:04 am #1275156Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The products display properly when the product_visibility taxonomy parameter is removed, but unfortunately, we are not yet sure why. We have added this filter in the functions.php file to modify the query and remove the product_visibility.
add_filter("avia_product_slide_query", function($query) { if($query["tax_query"][0]["taxonomy"] == "product_visibility") { unset($query["tax_query"][0]); } return $query; }, 10, 1);
Please remove the browser cache before testing the page.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 26, 2021 at 10:54 am #1275436Thank you very much for this solution, it works very well.
