Hi there,
It seems that since last WooCommerce-Update there is an issue to add WooCommerce products into the shopping cart. After i’ve clicked onto the “Add to Cart” button the site says:
Your shopping cart is empty.
Do you have any idea what this can be?
Additional info: The issue occurs starting from WooCommerce version 3.2.x . In the meantime i have restored a snapshot on my server before the update has taken place. I am now back to WooCoomerce 3.1.2 and add to cart / checkout process is working fine. However, it seems to be a theme relating issue.
I would appreciate to sort this out so that i can proceed WooCommerce update very soon.
Hey Frank,
Please, may you provide to us your website link and the WP and FTP credentials?
Best regards,
John Torvik
Hey John,
Please find website link, WP and FTP credentials in Private Content section.
FYI: I have updated again to WooCommerce 3.2.1 so that you’re able to reproduce the issue. Again: With WooCommerce 3.1.2 everything works fine. Starting with version 3.2.x the problem occurs.
Best regards,
Frank
Hi Frank,
Which version of php are you running? If you switch to the default theme is the issue still there?
Best regards,
Victoria
Hi Victoria,
My server is running with PHP Version 7.0.16 .
I’ve tried it also with Twenty Sixteen Theme and issue occurs as well.
Best regards,
Frank
Hi,
If it also occurs when Enfold is not activated, then this is an issue that needs to be sorted ut with the plugin developers as they should have a better insight on how to solve it.
