Hi, I have an enfold theme version 4.4.1.
After I guess some wordpress updates I can’t edit anymore any textbox because the text it is showed with all the HTML tags. Also the text preview is not working.Is it due to an update problem? I tried to upgrade to the latest version but I get an error message.
Do I have to extend/pay for the update?Will this solve my issue?

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

After you have updated to 4.5.2 then please go to the main page of theme option and select to use the Classic Editor, after that everything should work as usual.
