Hi Support-Team,
I have a problem with the Plugin Polylang on the enfold theme.
I`m sure there must be a solution. Because: Other sites are working well on this topic.Everything works fine with Polylang EXEPT the switching of the Start Site, the Homepage:
Polylang uses the overall level instead switching to the site I´ve selected on enfold options.
e.g.
http://www.domain.com/de/firstsite/ should be the selected homepage but polylang stopps at
http://www.domain.com/de/How could I solve this without using another translation Plugin or using an additional Plugin for redirection?
Now thanks to “Till” I found a solution that works:
… go to the WordPress ‘Reading settings’ panel under navigation bar “adminstration” in the WordPress Backend.
Check ‘Front page displays a static page’ and choose one of the page you have just created (the language doesn’t matter).Polylang is a very easy, lightweigth, fast and functional plugin.
I´m very happy there exists a solution for a free translation plugin working with enfold.
