Hello everyone, unfortunately the Paypal addon from Ninja Forms has recently stopped working with Enfold. if I set wordpress to a standard theme it works, if I activate it in Enfold, it no longer works. A customer sells his product through it, so I hope you can help. I assume it happened with the last or penultimate update, because before it worked without any problems.

Hallo zusammen, leider funktioniert seit kurzem das Paypal Addon von Ninja Forms nicht mehr zusammen mit Enfold. setze ich wordpress auf ein standard Theme geht es, aktiviere in Enfold, geht es nicht mehr. Ein Kunde verkauft darüber sein Produkt, daher hoffe ich ihr könnt helfen. Ich vermute es ist mit dem letzten oder vorletzten Update passiert, denn zuvor ging es problemlos.

Ja ich weiß und normalerweise ist das auch kein Problem, hier ist es nur sehr ärgerlich, da es bis vor kurzem noch funktioniert hat und ich daher wirklich sehr dankbar wäre, wenn ihr ausnahmsweise trotzdem helfen könnt! Vielen Dank im voraus!!
Normally the Paypal buttons appear after clicking on the button, but this is currently only sent if I activate a standard theme instead of Enfold.
Normalerweise öffnet erscheinen nach dem klick auf den Button die Paypal Buttons, dies geschickt aktuell jedoch nur, wenn ich anstatt Enfold ein standard Theme aktiviere.
The plugin developer just says it’s because of the theme, we don’t do anything… the annoying thing is that it worked. And some update has meant that it no longer works. And I was hoping that you might be quicker than everyone else to see what it could be. Otherwise I would have to look for another solution and the work so far would be completely for the garbage can… so I’m asking for your help again. many thanks in advance!!! 🙏🙏🙏
Der Plugin Entwickler sagt halt es liegt am Theme, da machen wir nichts.. das ärgerliche ist wirklich, dass es funktioniert hat. Und irgendein Update hat dazu geführt, dass es jetzt nicht mehr geht. Und ich hatte die Hoffnung, ihr seht vielleicht schneller als alle anderen, was es sein könnte. Ansonsten müsste ich halt nach einer anderen Lösung suchen und die arbeit bisher wäre komplett für die Tonne.. daher bitte ich noch mal um eure Hilfe. vielen lieben Dank im voraus!! 🙏🙏🙏

MikeThis text is already there before you fill out the form, so that’s fine. But you see exactly the problem, after filling out the form you should get the Paypal buttons displayed, but unfortunately this is no longer possible with Enfold. If I activate a standard template, then it works again…

Thank you for the update.
As @Mike mentioned above, there are no errors or clues after submitting the form, so we’re not sure what’s causing the PayPal buttons to not display. What happens when you switch to the default or classic editor instead of using the Advanced Layout Builder?

thanks for your respond. I posted a screenshot what happened, when I change the theme, another theme uses classic editor, so the result will be the same, I think?

MikeOk, I have found the error! It was Usercentrics Consent Management from eRecht24. I had accepted all cookies, but I had not yet added paypal. This worked just fine when I set it up, but there was probably an update to the tool, which meant that it no longer worked if you didn’t put it on the “whitelist”.

Ich hatte zwar alle Cookies akzeptiert, aber ich hatte paypal noch nicht ergänzt. Das hat beim einrichten exakt so problemlos funktioniert, aber es gab wohl bei dem Tool ein Update, wodurch es nicht mehr ging, wenn man es nicht auf die “Whitelist” setzt.
