Hello there!
We have been using Enfold for quite awhile with great results. We noticed a couple days ago that when we were logged into edit, the site looked really odd and messed up when we view it, but it looked more or less normal when not logged in. We decided to update the theme and get to the newest version, which we have been meaning to do anyways. After a lot of ups and downs, we got it installed and seems to be working… Although we are having the same problem!
I will give a login and password for you to see what is going on, and see if you can help.
The main issues currently:
– When logged in as admin, and viewing site, it doesn’t look right and top bar for dashboard is gone
– When in dashboard, and clicking the Enfold section to edit options, it doesn’t load fully with buttons and isn’t functional.Also getting an error when I try to edit my homepage in the page editor:
Failed to load plugin: charmap from url https://wickselectric.ca/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/charmap/plugin.min.js

Thanks for the login details, though I can’t see any of the problems you are describing on my end. Front end looks fine and the theme options page as well, did you try to clear the cache from your installation and from your local browser? If not then please try doing so.
Also, you are running an old version of the theme. Please consider updating to the latest version of the theme which is 4.4.1. https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please note that you might have to delete the old version before you upload the new one in order for it to install properly.
