    Hi guys,

    Would just like to ask if there are compatibility issues with UberMenu 3.0.1 and Enfold 3.3.1?
    I’m currently experiencing this problem when I noticed that all of my Mega Sub Menu shrinks to a Flyout Submenu when I hover on my menu.
    Does anyone experience the same thing?

    Hey B2BE!

    It’s hard to tell. You will first want to update Enfold to the latest version though, 3.4.4.

    Also make sure that ubermenu is updated and that you deactivate all of the other plugins while testing.

    Hi Elliott,

    I have already updated Enfold and Ubermenu to their latest versions, (Enfold 3.3.1 and Ubermenu 3.2.1). Yet the Ubermenu’s MegaMenu shrinks (which is annoying), does it have any compatibility issues? It doesn’t work like before. You may have a look on it though.

    We will provide you an access to our development site, I wonder if you could provide us your source IP address? so that we can allow you to access our server. (maybe send me through a private message via email provided below or in a private content in this thread.)

    Hi guys,

    Any updates on this? Can you please provide your source IP address. – So that we can put you on the list of the allowed IPs to access our server.

    P.S. Hoping for your fast response as we may need to update this as soon as possible because we cannot update our WordPress site because of this problem and also, in addition to that, just so you know that we are currently facing hacking issues in our site due to outdated plugins that’s why we decided to update both Enfold and Ubermenu.

    Hi!

    Sorry, we can’t give that out. I recommend updating WordPress as soon as possible. That will help a lot with the hacking issues.
