Hello, I use the theme “WP Simple Booking Calendar” on my site but as soon as I integrate it, the cookie notice, which I have integrated with the help of a code block, is gone, and the buttons for the “Privacy Policy” and the “Imprint” in the socket are then no longer visible. Can you help me?

    Best regards!

    Hey noellmn,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Looks like you are using a different privacy message bar now. How did you enable it? We cannot find the name of the plugin or extension, so it must have been added manually using a script.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Hello, I inserted the cookie request using the code block. Best regards!

You can find the code block in the extended layout architect editor on every page.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

Is the privacy message bar working correctly now? The privacy message bar is displaying in the page even when the calendar plugin is enabled.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Hello, unfortunately it still doesn’t work for me. The strange thing is that if you edit the page via the frontend editor, the table is automatically removed. But then everything else works, but as soon as you edit the page via the standard editor, all this is no longer possible.

    Best regards!

    Hi,

Sorry. We misunderstood your initial post and thought that you are using the default privacy options in the theme. Where did you get the privacy option script?

The script is not working correctly because of this error.

Uncaught ReferenceError: Backbone is not defined
        at notes-common-v2.js?ver=10.3-202148:32
        at notes-common-v2.js?ver=10.3-202148:158
admin-bar-v2.js?ver=10.3-202148:2 Uncaught ReferenceError: _ is not defined
        at admin-bar-v2.js?ver=10.3-202148:2

Did you contact the script authors about the issue?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

I have the script from my privacy generator – for which I also pay money. The site is called: eRecht24

    Best regards!

    Hello

    #1331452

    Hi,

The script is causing the error as we mentioned above. Unfortunately, we are not familiar with the script. We do not know how it works or what it does. You have to keep in touch with plugin developers and ask them for additional help since you are a paying customer.

Please feel free to open a new thread if there are issues with the theme itself or with any plugins that it natively supports. You will find our forum policy in the following link — what is included in the support and the limitations.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
