    Hi,
I have problem with masonry configured as “Perfect Manual Masonry”.
The image size of each entries is less then the container. As result the image is stretched with low quality result.

How I can increase the size of calculated image? Can I use the original image inside the container?

    Thanks a lot,
    Giuseppe.

    Hi Giuseppe,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

It is the original image that is used, it’s just that images have different aspect ratios and image quality should be better.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Giuseppe,

You should prepare images of higher quality and prevent WordPress from compressing them.
    http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-or-decrease-wordpress-jpeg-image-compression/

Also you need to ask your hosting provider to upgrade php to 5.6.3 at least.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Dear Victoria,

I’ll disable the compression of the image made by wp, but the main problem is that wp create different version of my images of different size and it takes the smallest version when it put the image inside the container.

    For example:
I have uploaded image DSC_2972.jpg that has resolution of 2456*3680 pixel.
But inside the container is used the version …/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/DSC_2972-471×705.jpg that is smallest then the container of 574*927

    Best regards,
    Giuseppe

    Hi,

That is happening because there are multiple images created / generated.
You can always use any of those images, by selecting which one you prefer to load.

    Best regards,
    Basilis
