You are running an old version of the theme, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.3) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 14, 2018 at 10:41 am #912178We don’t use the child theme, so it’s difficult for us to update the theme.
Did you see our web and that problem?February 14, 2018 at 2:42 pm #912278Hi,
Ok, so you have customised core theme files? Is there a reason for you not running a child theme? Not running a child theme with customisations is not a very good idea to be honest with you. We really can’t debug versions of the theme which is this old, since we have made a lot of changes since it was released.

The instructions are already in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ you just need to download the theme, install and activate it. Then go to Enfold > Import/Export then click on Import Parent Theme Settings then save. Hope this helps :)

You can activate the theme from the Theme Options, using the License key which is listed under your Downloads at Themeforest.
