    Hello,

    I have a problem with your Enfold theme and more precisely with the Avia builder. The site of a client has not been updated for a long time. The builder does not respond anymore so I made a copy of the site to update everything (plugin + wordpress). I currently have a WordPress 5.8.3 but the builder still does not work and I can not do anything on my site.

    Do you have any recommendations? Solutions to offer me?

    Hey Elisa,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.
