Good morning.
I purchased an enfold theme for my site today.
I downloaded the package from the download section but when I go to upload the .zip file it tells me that the link I’m trying to upload has expired.
How can I fix this?

Hey LupoAngelo,

Could you try to install it manually via FTP instead maybe? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

Hey there,
i have installed via FTP enfold but seems that there are some problems in the admin part:
1) in the theme section on wordpress i don’t see the preview image of the theme;
2) in the general settings there are problems with the link colors.

Can you help me?

Hi,

1. Are you sure that you have uploaded screenshot.png from the theme folder?

2. Which settings in particular is not working? Please try to be as specific as possible.

try to go on the homepage and take a look to the editor, there are no icons.
