    Hi could you help. I am struggling with my wordpress Enfold theme.

    I read a couple of the other support items but cannot seem to get them to work for me.

    I am getting a similar error to others (the constant loading of the Avia Builder) so I tried the update. But when I get to the Enfold options I get another error and cannot see the left hand side bar.

    Please can somebody help me as I can no longer maintain the site and have some important items to renew

    Hey sandeejackson67!

    You are currently using a very old version of Enfold. Can you please update the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/?

    Hi Yigit,

    I have upgraded the Enfold but unfortunately still have the same problem

    The issue seems to be in the load_scripts.php

    Hi!

    You provided an invalid user name. Please check the login credentials above. Try to deactivate all plugins, purge all cache then hard refresh the editor. Or test it on another browser.
