Good morning, I need to open a support ticket or a new topic in the support forum.

I created my account in the forum and entered my purchase code on Envato.
I normally log into the forum to consult the various topics, but I can’t open a new one for the specific need I have. Since the Advanced Layout builder doesn’t work properly and doesn’t save the pages I create correctly.

I also purchased support on Envato to get assistance on the Enfold topic for this issue, but I have no way to expose it neither through a support ticket nor through a new topic in the support forum.

    Can you help me?
    Please let me know

    Best regards

    Hey Marco,

Please post the purchase code you are using in private so that we can reset your account.

If you need help with your site then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look at it.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Marco,

Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately?
That issue usually occurs when you have broken HTML on your page such as improperly closed Strong tags. We would like to enable debugging mode – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#debug-mode and check for errors.

    Hello Yigit.
Inside the page there are plain text and titles, the only thing that are installed are Convertkit Html forms. There are two of them.
I tried for example to use the Converkit plugin, but then those forms were not displayed in the mobile version of the site.
I tried to install those forms by inserting it in a “code block” element but it kept giving the same error.

Then I put the same code of html forms inside a widjet area and it seemed to work correctly, but apparently not because then if you try to make other changes in the same page then the page gets corrupted and half or more of it is saved.

Now what I want to try to figure out is if it’s a problem with the Convertkit form that creates a mess, then I’ll replace convertkit with Mailchimp and close the problem, or if it’s a problem it would do with all html forms of any self-responder then it can become a serious problem! Why can’t you do marketing with a site created with Enfold.

Convertkit has three ways to implement your forms:
    – Javascript code (which you can’t see on mobile)
    – Html Code
    – Pugin wordpress
All these modes who more or less have generated problems. How can I integrate Converkit so that I don’t create damage?

In the private contents of this post I’ve inserted wordpress credentials and FTP credentials.
The html code of the convertkit forms you can find them in the widjets

    Let me know
    Thank you in advance

    Best regards

    Hi,
Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the video and login, I have Enabled the Avia Layout Builder Debugger to display the page shortcode, and I find that when I delete your content and apply the template “home page new ok 1” the actual shortcode that is added is missing the lower part of the page. There are a few things that can break a page layout such as HTML in a title field, such as <strong> or HTML that doesn’t have a closing div.
I believe that your saved template contains the error. I was able to copy your real homepage shortcode and found two unclosed <strong> tags in the first special heading element
    2020-08-08_103439.jpg
So I removed the <strong> tags from your shortcode and added it to your “home-new” page and it seems to save correctly now.
I also added a special heading at the bottom of the page with the text “New Test Page with Strong Tags Removed” to demonstrate that the page can now be edited and saved correctly.
Please clear your browser cache and check.

    Best regards,
    Mike
