    Hi Enfolders,
    I’ve purchased the Enfold theme a couple of times and I would like to use it again, however, I have a problem that needs to be solved, if I am to buy the theme again. Since I have no support for the themes anymore, I reach out this way. On one of my sites, I have a color box at the top with a background picture. I have a textbox in the color box. When the page renders, the text appears, then disappers and appears again. I do not load fonts in the footer. If you can help me with this issue, I would love to consider Enfold for my next project.

    That seems like an animation :) Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    Hi Yigit,
    Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Turns out to be Cookiebot that interferes with the theme. I use Cookiebot on a number of other sites without any trouble. Is there any action I can take to fix this problem?

    Hi Yth,

    Please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable “JS file merging and compression”, save theme options and clear cache. If that does not help, make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin. If you are, you could try contacting plugin author as they should have better insight on what could be causing the issue.

    Hi Yigit,
    I really appreciate you helping me out. I disabled JQuery Migrate and it didn’t make any difference.
    I haven’t used Enfold’s cookie bar because I am uncertain whether it is compliant with EU law. Does Enfold actively block cookies? And does it keep track of consents given by users?

    Hi Yth,

    You can use this shortcode to display cookie info – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/privacy-cookies/#how-to-check-for-enabled-cookies and it does try to remove them however it is not guaranteed.
    If plugin authors do not have any insight, maybe you could try creating a testing installation and test Enfold’s cookie bar? :)
