Hi! Please i need help. I can´´t access my portfollio items backend, i get a blank page or an internal error and getting some jquery errors in the console. On the other hand, my menu on some browsers went crazy and some letters are not where they are supposed to be. Also, when accesing some of the portfolio items on front end i get a “max_conn” message, saying i passed the connection limit….so many weird things all of a sudden. I built this website 4 years ago and haven´t had ain issue since.

I would much appreciate the help asap

Hey jjsabatino,

Thanks for the login details. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.1.2) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.0 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Hi, i just updated the theme but nothing changes, i did via ftp as well

What happens if you deactivate all plugins? If you need further help, then please share server error logs in private.

Apparently is the YOAST SEO plugin creating the problem. Is there any known issue with this plugin? Never had a problem before

Hi,

There are no know problems with that plugin, no. Maybe there’s a conflict with another plugin? What happens if you only activate Yoast?
