SORTED Portfolio Grid with Videos

Here s what I had to do:
Create Portfolio Item
Add video
Add Feature Image
Scroll down to Ajax Settings
On the right, choose: Hide images and show preview text (note, I translate from german, so it might be slightle worded differently)
Add Video Element in preview text with the provided teheme shortcode.

Safe.

Go to page where portfolio grid is. Do the settings you like (rows, columns, etc)
Scroll down to Links and choose: Open Ajax Preview.

Safe and you are done.

I weant to recreate this:

I checked the support forum for a “how To”, allthough I found several entries with people wanting to do and have done the same, I can’t recreate it. What am i doing wrong?
I have a portfolio item, which is a video.
I display that Portfolio via a portfolio grid, settings of the portfolio grid are “Öffnen einer Ajax Vorschau”, yet, I cant get the video to display.

Could you please provide a quick howto?
