    Hi Enfold Team,

    Every time I start a new portfolio item, the photo won’t post to our Project Gallery page OR it shows up as a blank space (as shown in the link)… https://legacytops.com/projects/

    I’ve created several test pages and it continues to happen no matter what I do. I posted one yesterday with no issues.

    Help!

    Okay, so now the photos are working, but the password protection isn’t.

    What could be causing all this?

    Hi allyson3,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also please consider updating your PHP version, we recommend 7.1 or higher.

    Rikard,

    Why don’t I ever get a notification when there’s an Enfold update?

    PHP is updated, but I cannot update the theme. I keep getting an error and can’t get through to Hostgator at this time. And I can’t connect via FTP.

    I just posted another Portfolio Item just now, and the gallery photo isn’t showing.

    Help!

    Hi,

    Sorry for the problem. I don’t see the update notification either, but I do see the update when I check manually under Enfold->Theme Update. Could you try that to see if it works please? If you want to know why the update notification are not showing up automatically then please try reaching out to your hosting provider and ask if they are blocking cron jobs or traffic from Envato/Themeforest servers.
