Hi,
first of all many thanks for an awesome theme and great support!!! Love it!!!Can’t seem to find this particular issue elsewhere in the forum yet, so here I go:
Enfold’s photographer’s portfolio pages and items do not seem to load properly on iPhone 5 and other mobile devices, same with the blog pictures. Sometimes they load, sometimes just a few of several, sometimes none of them.Any CSS snippets/changes that would help available?
Thanks in advance for your answer!Regards,

thanks for the quick reply. The theme is offering to update to WP 4.4.1 – is that okay to do as well? :o)

Question: Are you using the Mobile Data to load the site or you are using a WiFi for it to work properly?

I checked the link in question on my htc mobile device and it’s loading fine for me. Could you fix it? please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Check on another device as well.
Cheers!
AndyApril 6, 2016 at 3:02 pm #608991Hi Andy,
thanks for your reply – the issue is not solved though. I get a lot of feedback also both from Windows and from Mac users (Safari) as well that the pictures in the portfolio and the blog sections do not load properly/completely/at all.
Any solution found maybe in the meantime already?
Looking forward to your reply and thank you, Kriesi team for an amazing theme otherwise!
Kind regards,

Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue? Use imgur or dropbox. Try to disable the portfolio animation on mobile:
@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) { .avia_desktop.avia_transform3d .av-masonry-entry.av-masonry-item-loaded .av-inner-masonry { -webkit-animation: none; animation: none; } }

Just to add, these are screenshots from Safari on a Mac, same or similar issue occurs on iPhones and several browsers, maybe good to run a cross-browser test with the links mentioned above.

Please edit your images that has special characters in the names and write these letters in basic latin. “a” instead of “ä”. That is browser related issue.

YigitMay 3, 2016 at 3:27 pm #626539Hi Yigit,
thank you very much, that was it. :)May I ask if there are any plans to improve your in so many other ways amazing theme so it can handle special characters in file names? There are so many people who do not know that they should not be using specials characters in file names, it will happen a lot I suppose. WordPress is a CMS built for non-professionals without programming skills and even in URLs special characters are okay by now so people are not paying much attention to this if they ever did at all.
Thanks a lot for the great support and wonderful theme!
Best regards,
MeikeMay 3, 2016 at 3:33 pm #626541Hey!

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme which is currently 3.5.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
