    Hi,
    I want to rework / update the contents of my portfolio items on my website. But when I go into the backend and into the respective portfolio item, it is empty / content not visible. Though on the frontend everything is normally visible. How can that be? thank you for your advise,

    Hi,

    Please create a new users with admin rights please, you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) for the email. Once the user is created then post the login details in the private content box of your reply here in the thread.

    Thank you Rikard. I created the login. Please check the Portfolio section. When you click on the portfolio contents it is completely empty though in the Frontend everything is visible. If ever you find more things that are not ok, feel welcome to talk them through with me. I am not a professional and it is the first time I program a website myself in this complexity :-). .

    Dear Victoria, thank you for your approach. My problem is, that when I go into the portfolio entries they are empty. No personal text visible. So if you go on Portfolio entries, then for example “Künstler Support” and you klick “Bearbeiten” (edit) there is just the standard view of this section without ANY text or personal entry I did for the section. It is as if I never wrote anything into this section.
    Unfortunately I cannot send you a screenshot here.

    Thanks for the update.

    The “Avia Layout Architekt” or the “Advance Layout Builder” was minimized, which is why it’s not visible. We enabled it back. (see private field)
