    Sporadically over the past month, when I am logged into the Missouri Arts Council’s account on the Enfold Support Forum, I get a pop-up saying our license has expired. The license key that it says expired on March 1, 2016 is indeed the same number on our Item Purchase Code at Envato Market. But according to Envato, “Envato licenses are ongoing and last for the life of the end product you create with the item you’ve licensed, subject to our right to terminate your license if you don’t comply with the license terms.”

    Hi Barbara,

    The license for the theme is valid for life yes, but support access is not included in that. We recently implemented a check on the forum to see if users have valid support periods, since it’s a requirement from Themeforest/Envato.
