    Hi, i configured the lightbox modal window for cookie handling but a message error appears:

    We need a lightbox to show the modal popup. Please enable the built in lightbox in Theme Options Tab or include your own modal window plugin.\n\nYou need to connect this plugin in JavaScript with callback wrapper functions – see avia_cookie_consent_modal_callback in file enfold\js\avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js

    I have activated Lightbox Window checkbox in Enfold > Theme Options but this error appear.

    How can i fix it?

    Hey Marc,

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Also please try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.1): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Thank you for the info.

    We tried disabling the Performance > File Compression settings, but it did not change anything. What happens when you disable the Elementor lightbox option, or when you disable the plugin completely?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    It is not working correctly because the avia-snippet-lightbox.js is not being loaded even when the lightbox option is enabled. Did you add any modifications in the functions.php file?

    We tried to check it but the Appearance > Editor panel is not accessible.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the logins!

    I updated Enfold to the latest version 4.8.2 however that did not change anything. Then I temporarily de-activated Elementor and that fixed the issue. Attached a screenshot in private content field. I activated Elementor and disabled cookie bar.

    I see that there is an Elementor update, could you please update it and let us know if issue remains? :)

    Hi, i have updated Elementor, and when i activate the cookie bar the error appears again. I disable the cookie bar again.

    Hi,

    I tried manually loading avia-snippet-lightbox.js but that did not help. I will check with my teammates.
    In the meantime, could you please contact Elementor team as well and ask if they have insight on what could be causing the issue? :)
