With the plugin Visualizer: Tables and Charts Manager for WordPress you can show charts. When using the plugin V3.3.2 in combination with Enfold V4.6.3.1 the charts are not shown under Safari. Using Chrome or IE the charts are shown.
This is the message the developer of the plugin sent me. See failuremessage in the link.
Also, it appears that an error is caused by your theme which in turn causes our charts to not display. This only happens on Safari, so you may want to check with the theme developers about this.
In the past it did work OK. I don’t know which combinations of versions it was.
How to solve it?- This topic was modified 5 years, 1 month ago by dommelstroom.

Could you be a little bit patience until we release the patch we are working for this?
It should not take a lot.Best regards,
BasilisOctober 29, 2019 at 11:34 pm #1152173Hi Luc,
Could you please replace /enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file with this one – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_6_3/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js? After that, please make sure to flush cache :)

YigitOctober 30, 2019 at 10:03 pm #1152526Hello Yigit
I replaced avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js with the indicated file from GitHub but but it does not solve the problem. Charts still not shown under safari.
Is it correct that the size of the org file is 18458 and the new file is only 18405 bytes?Regards,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Sorry for the delay. Did you ask the plugin author if they found any errors related to the theme in the Safari browser console? I don’t have a Safari browser, so I checked the site on MS Edge and IE11 — emulated an iOS environment and the charts display properly on both browsers. Unfortunately, we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy unless it’s proven that the theme is actually causing the issue, but we’ll still try to help as much as we can.
Have you tried testing it on Safari browser while a default theme is activated?
Best regards,
IsmaelNovember 13, 2019 at 10:07 pm #1156540When using the Twenty-Twenty theme, the carts are shown under Safari.
So the plugin author points in your direction.November 19, 2019 at 4:23 am #1158006Hi,
Sorry for the delay. Have you tried to disable the theme’s Performance > File Compression settings? The screenshot above displays the merged file containing the scripts. Toggling the option will regenerate the scripts and it might help fix the issue. You can also try to edit the js > avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file, look for this code around line 645:
if( window.doNotTrack || navigator.doNotTrack || navigator.msDoNotTrack || 'msTrackingProtectionEnabled' in window.external )
.., then replace it with:
if( window.doNotTrack || navigator.doNotTrack || navigator.msDoNotTrack )
Let us know how it went.

IsmaelNovember 19, 2019 at 10:12 pm #1158293I toggled the Javascript file merging and compression off and on. Now it works fine under Safari. I didn’t use the option to edit the js-file.
Question: Will this problem arise again after an update of the Theme or plugin? Thanks for your solution.
Best regards,
LucNovember 22, 2019 at 4:11 am #1158990Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Now it works fine under Safari. I didn’t use the option to edit the js-file.
Glad to know that it’s working properly now. It should work fine after an update unless something has drastically change in the theme’s code or in the browser features, which is very unlikely. You’re always welcome to open a new thread in case the issue came back. We’ll close this one for now.
Have a nice day.
Best regards,
Ismael -
