    I was trying to install the plugin ‘NextGEN Gallery – WordPress Gallery Plugin’ but this caused the plugins page to not open. Can some one please look at this urgently

    Hey farahjanjua,

    If you have FTP access, please navigate to the plugins folder and delete the NextGen plugin completely. It’s possible that it is conflicting with a plugin you already have installed.

    Yeah i went to ftp and removed this plugin . The site started working. Is there any other plugin that i can use to show description in lightbox other than nextgen?

    Hi,

    Great I’m glad you back online. I’m not quite sure which plugin you can use, but perhaps see which plugin its conflicting with. If you can do this there may still be hope for NexGen yet.
