Enfold Version 4.4.1.
Plugin Concern = Directorist.Website page = http://enjoyncwithme.com/select-your-plan/
I can’t seem to get these plans to stay on one row. IE, one, two, three across. Tried Color Section, Tried three columns, (grid), tried one column.
I am working from a iPad Pro. On the iPad, when I go to the website, i see the plan “Totally Free For EMS….”, then “The best bang for”, then below, i see the free plan.
On a iPhone XR, I see “Get the most bang….”, then, “List for free”. No “Free for EMS…”.
I am thinking that this has something to do with how my site is interpreting the plugin, but it is beyond my ability to troubleshoot it.
Also, unrelated i am sure, on my homepage, (www.enjoyncwithme.com), i have started getting half filled circles in the last two, (most recently added), Categories of this plugin, (General Businesses and Support Our Emergency Responders). This circle is also showing up on my Pre-loader Page.
Any advice on this issues?

I can only see 2 columns when checking on a 13″ screen, could you post a screenshot of what it’s supposed to look like please?
Best regards,

Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating to the latest version of the theme (4.5.7) to see if that helps? The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

Looks like you’re using a different shortcode or plugin for the plans page. And there are only two columns in that row. Are you sure you’ve added 3? How did you add the pricing table?
Best regards,
IsmaelJuly 19, 2019 at 7:01 pm #1120315Thanks Ismael! I hadn’t caught that.
The plan page is created when I active the plugin, and it inserts the short code. I have no idea how to modify the short code to show three column. I will contact the plugin developer.
Thanks for the lead!!

July 19, 2019 at 8:41 pm #1120351Hi,
No problem at all. Good luck my friend!
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonJuly 19, 2019 at 10:40 pm #1120358Ok, a reasonable resolution has been found. WHEW!
It seems that the plugin auto inserts a short code into the newly created page, that has each Price Plan configured to a certain width. Because of this, the third Price Plan is getting bumped down a row.
In my research, I found that the plugin offers individual short codes for each Price Plan, “to be put anywhere you like on your website”. Ah HA! So, I created three grids, and placed one short code in each grid.
Nope, squished them down too much.
I created a color section for each Price Plan, with a text field in each color section. PROGRESS!!
It is not what I was after, but it works now on iPad and iPhone. I really don’t like loosing all that real estate on the right side of my page, but for now, it is what it is.
Unless anyone has a better suggestion to my work around, this topic can now be closed.
Thanks to everyone who helped guide me in the right direction! :)
