    Hi! I purchased the Enfold- Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme a few days ago and it will not show or work at all on my wordpress site.
    I reloaded the theme a few times, activated it, put in the token etc. Everything seems to look fine. I don’t have any warnings or errors showing and godaddy technical support said everything looked to be installed properly and the them looked to be up to date as well. But my webpage DOES NOT look like the demo theme I purchased at all. There is nothing there and there was only one home page, I had to add the other pages myself on wordpress. Please help asap! I dont mind if I have to start over etc… but I need the website to look and function like the demo I purchased and right now it’s not even close. Please let me know as soon as possible so we can have this adjusted and I can begin building mysite with the theme

    Hi Scott_hmltn,

    Thanks for giving us the link to your site.
    Which demo did you try to import?
    Can you reset the site? you can use the plugin mentioned here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#remove-demo-data
    Once it is reset, give us admin access and we’ll try to import it for you.
    Just post the credentials in private content.

    Hi Nikko, I have tried to reset and nothing is happening. I must be doing something wrong. Also, the static page is not checked. Can you please import the theme for me and make sure it looks like the demo please. Also will you let me know when it is done? I have put the WP credentials in the private content section and the link to the website. I’d like to have it done as soon as possible as I am trying to get my site up and running.     Hi,

    Thanks for the update. The theme is installed and running on your site, but you have to import a demo under Enfold->Demo Import, if you want one of the demos. Could you post admin WordPress login details in private, and let us know which demo you want please?

    Hi Rikard, Thank you for the update. Can you please import the demo on the site for me so that my site looks like what I purchased when I do the “preview demo” from theme forest. I want the enfold default demo. My WordPress login credentials are listed below in the private section. Word Press is accessed through GoDaddy. You just login to GoDaddy, then go to my products, scroll down to the managed wordpress section and click manage that will take you to the wordpress dashboard. Please let me know once this is all done and the site theme and demo is live and finished, I really need to get my site up and running as soon as possible.     Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I tried logging into GoDaddy, but it’s asking for a confirmation code via SMS or email. Is there no way that you can create a regular WordPress login for us? If not, then please try sharing the confirmation code with us. It might expire before we get to try it though.

    Hi Rikard,

    The WordPress Dashboard is through GoDaddy. Can’t Log-in WordPress with out Logging into GoDaddy first. Here is the confirmation code. Confirmation Code is: 899954. Please let me know as soon as possible if it gives you any trouble. Thank you for all of your help on this.
